Calendar of Teaching and Special Events

All dates are Wednesdays from 7:30 - 9:45 pm at Hancock Recreation Center in the Back Room, unless otherwise noted.

From 7:30 - 8:00 pm each evening we will focus on a particular skill or dance. Teaching will assume some dance experience. Some weeks will build on the previous week, so plan on coming to each class in a sequence so as not to miss anything.

7:30 - 8:00 pm -- Focus: Hambo Variations - Come learn some fun ways to spice up your hambo!
8:00 - 9:45 pm -- More pols, springar, polska and gammaldans to warm those cold winter evenings!

7:30 - 8:00 pm -- Focus: Finnskogspols - We'll be working on ornaments and variations and the slow turn
8:00 - 9:45 pm -- Dance! Dance! Dance!

7:30 - 8:00 pm -- Focus: Bakmes - This reverse turn is used in Åtabakspolska and dances from Kall
8:00 - 9:45 pm -- More dancing of your favorite dances from Sweden and Norway
